James Bennett

(Chiropractor)

James graduated from the University of Surrey in 2002 with a Masters degree in Chiropractic.  He was first introduced to chiropractic after suffering a number of injuries during his rugby career, which inspired him to train as a chiropractor himself.

James says

"Chiropractic care is not just about controlling pain. With it you enable the body to function at an optimal level, so that it is robust & able to prevent injury."

Over the past 15 years James has provided chiropractic care in Cuba, London, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex.  Throughout this time he has expanded his clinical knowledge to include Applied Kinesiology, Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping.  He obtained an International Sports Science Chiropractic Diploma, enabling him to become a member of The International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).

James has been an active member of a local triathlon club, participating in a number of marathons, half marathons, duathlons and triathlons.  As a keen golfer with a handicap of 7, he was happy to complete the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) Healthcare Provider training.  He is a family man living in the Horsham area with his wife Lavina and their two young children.
