James graduated from the University of Surrey in 2002 with a Masters degree in Chiropractic. He entered the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) Register in 2002 & is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA). He was first introduced to chiropractic after suffering a number of injuries during his rugby career, which inspired him to train as a chiropractor himself.

Over the past 20 years James has provided chiropractic care in Cuba, London, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. Throughout this time he has expanded his clinical knowledge to include Applied Kinesiology, Dry Needling and Kinesio Taping. He obtained an International Sports Science Chiropractic Diploma, enabling him to become a member of The International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS).
James has been an active member of a local triathlon club, participating in a number of marathons, half marathons, duathlons and triathlons. As a keen golfer with a handicap of 7, he was happy to complete the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) Healthcare Provider training. He is a family man living in the Horsham area with his wife Lavina and their two teenage children.

Lavina discovered the benefits of acupuncture and herbal medicine for herself back in 2002 when a stressful City career resulted in symptoms of general ill health for which she sought help. She was so impressed with the results that she left the City and retrained as both acupuncturist and herbalist, qualifying in 2005 and 2007, respectively. She spent six years working in London clinics before relocating to West Sussex with her husband James and their two young children in 2011.

Lavina is a member of both the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and the Register of Chinese Herbs (RCHM). As such, she adheres to strict guidelines concerning safe needling practice and the use of approved suppliers for herbs (no animal products are approved for use by RCHM members in the UK).

Cassandra has always been a keen sportswoman and initially qualified as a personal trainer in 2005 with Premier, working as a freelance personal trainer specifically focusing on GP referrals for 2 years. This fuelled her interest in injury rehabilitation and postural alignment correction so gaining her level 5 sports massage and injury rehabilitation ITEC diploma with NLSSM. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).
Cassandra then spent 5 years working alongside a McTimoney chiropractor in Billingshurst before setting up her own sports massage therapy clinic at home. In March 2020, she also joined the team at Weald Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic.

Cassandra is an enthusiastic runner, especially enjoying off-road running with her 2 dogs. Having run the Southdowns marathon twice (coming 3rd in the ladies on her second attempt), she has also run numerous other half marathons and the Salomon X Trail Series. The rest of her time is spent riding and competing at low-level eventing with her horses. She resides in West Sussex with her partner Ben and two sons.

Mike’s early interest in physiotherapy after having two knee operations led him to discover chiropractic care. The quality and success of chiropractic care at managing so many conditions inspired him to pursue a career as a chiropractor. He is a graduate of the Anglo European College of Chiropractors (AECC) with a Master's degree in Chiropractic.
He is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).

Mike has been a keen sportsman throughout his life, taking an interest in a variety of sports over the years and currently enjoys swimming to boost his fitness. He is also a Formula 1 fanatic, closely following the sport since 2014.

Siân is a highly trained Licensed Acupuncturist with a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine. She has been working as a therapist for over 10 years driven to deliver the highest quality of care to her patients.
She has a specialism in women’s health with post graduate training in fertility, gynaecology, pregnancy.
Originally Siân comes from a background in academia supporting Medical research in Internationally leading universities. She also lectured at the University of Reading and is currently a Regional Support tutor to the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine, supporting acupuncture student’s studies.
She believes in an integrated approach to health which starts with helping her patients understand their condition.

Helen discovered the benefits of reflexology after a diagnosis of polycystic ovarian syndrome and a recommendation from her doctor to reduce her stress as it was exacerbating her symptoms. After experiencing significant improvement in her own wellness from having regular reflexology, Helen chose to retrain as a reflexologist when she decided to retire from nursing in 2005.
Since qualifying in 2007 Helen has supported hundreds of people in reducing stress and tension, improving sleep and mood and promoting wellness. Helen regularly attends professional development and has additional certification in women's health, reflexology for lymphatic drainage, and pregnancy support.

Sarah is a Licensed Five Elements and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncturist with a Bachelor of Science degree from the prestigious College of Integrated Chinese Medicine.
Sarah came from a background of event planning that was highly stressful at times and would often have an impact on her health. In 2018 she received acupuncture treatment from Lavina and was blown away with the results! She soon noticed how she was sleeping better and became more aware of her own health and wellbeing. A year later, she took a leap of faith to retrain as an acupuncturist and has never looked back.
With a particular interest in how acupuncture can benefit our mental and emotional health, Sarah has witnessed many times in her patients how acupuncture has supported those who are suffering from depression, fear, and anxiety, to name a few. Her approach is to look at the mind, body and spirit of the person she is treating and will aim to get to the root of the individual's illness.
Sarah is also certified as a Facial Enhancement practitioner and has great delight in seeing the visible and internal benefits that cosmetic acupuncture can bring for facial rejuvenation.
A member of the Association of Acupuncture Clinicians (AAC), Sarah is committed to lifelong learning through continuing professional development.
Catherine is a qualified Clinical massage therapist and has been working as a therapist for the past 7 years with a keen interest in pregnancy care.
Catherine is also trained in Diastasis Recti rehabilitation and in 2023 will be training in Scar Therapy.
In 2022 Catherine completed the first year of BTEC level 6 in Clinical and Sports Massage Therapy. She draws on this experience, as well as her background in holistic massage to provide truly integrative and supportive treatments.

Caralyn joined in March 2023 as receptionist. Having worked in many different administrative positions over the years, including banking, recruitment and medical.
As well as the latter years in hospitality and food production. Her personal area of interest is alternative therapies and a holistic approach to health and wellbeing.
She enjoys welcoming patients and witnessing the positive impact their treatment has on them.
